At Spacebar Culture, every garment is one-of-a-kind — crafted with rawness, emotion, and intention. While small imperfections are part of our aesthetic, we understand that genuine defects can occur. Here's how we handle returns:

Valid Reasons for Return

  • Visible hole
  • Prominent stain
  • Major stitching defect

Not Considered Defects

These are intentional elements and part of the Spacebar aesthetic:

  • Unfinished hems
  • Raw edges
  • Loose threads

Unboxing Video Required

Please record a video while unboxing your order. This is essential for us to process any return claims.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is confirmed to be defective.

A Note on Sustainability

We do not offer size exchanges in our effort to reduce carbon footprints. Please refer to the size chart and model info before placing your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

We want you to love every piece you purchase from Spacebar Culture. However, if you're not fully satisfied, please email us at info@spacebarculture.co.in and we’ll get back to you promptly.

Products are eligible for exchange only if we are informed within 48 hours of delivery and the item is in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and free from damage, stains, or marks of any kind.

Important Notes:

  1. Exchanges are applicable only with products of equal or higher value.
  2. No returns or exchanges are accepted for items purchased during sale periods.
  3. No custom orders will be accepted during sales.
  4. Store credits and coupon codes cannot be applied on sale products.
  5. As most of our pieces are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds. Instead, a store credit with 6 months validity will be issued for eligible cases.

In Case of Damage:

If your order is damaged during transit, you must notify us via email at info@spacebarculture.co.in within 48 hours of receiving the package. The item must be returned to our studio within 7 days for inspection. If eligible, we will repair the product and send it back to your address.

The cost of shipping the item back to us is the customer’s responsibility. Spacebar Culture will bear the cost of shipping it back post-repair.

Note: Spacebar Culture accepts returns and exchanges only for purchases made directly through our official website. This policy does not apply to purchases made through offline or third-party retail outlets.
