Terms & Conditions

We are a slow, conscious label and every piece you see here is handcrafted with care, time, and intention. Please read the following terms before placing an order.

 

  1. Orders & Sizing

Each garment is made-to-order or created in limited batches. Kindly refer to the size chart provided on each product page before ordering.

We also recommend checking the model’s size and height (listed in the product description) to get a better idea of the fit.

We do not offer size exchanges, as each piece is made in limited quantities and we cannot guarantee availability for exchange.

2. Refunds & Returns

We accept returns only in the case of genuine defects. Please note the following:

  • A visible hole, prominent stain, or stitching defect is considered a valid reason for return.
  • Unfinished hems, raw edges, or loose threads are intentional design elements that reflect the raw, expressive nature of Spacebar Culture’s aesthetic. These are not considered defects.

If you believe your order has a genuine issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@spacebarculture.co.in or +91 8088278066 with images and a short video of the issue.

 

3. Packaging Video Advisory

We strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing your package. Each piece undergoes intensive quality checks before dispatch. The video helps us validate any defect or transit damage claims and allows for quicker resolution.

 

4. Refund Processing

If your return request is accepted, your refund (via the original payment method or as store credit) may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.

Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the product is confirmed defective.

 

5. Customisation and Care

Some garments may carry a unique texture, dye, or stitching pattern. These variations are part of our handcrafted process and make each piece one-of-a-kind.

Please follow the care instructions on the label or product page to ensure the garment’s longevity.

 

6. Wear and Tear

Hardware & Fittings: Metal fittings may lose their shine over time due to weather conditions or usage. This is a natural occurrence and not considered a defect.

Fabric: Our garments are crafted using hand-woven, hand-painted, naturally dyed, and block-printed textiles. These methods reflect traditional, old-school techniques and may result in slight variations in color, texture, or placement. These are inherent features of artisanal work and not considered defects. Patchwork elements are thoughtfully incorporated and unique to each piece.

8. Payment

All references to Rupee on this website are in Indian currency. Indian prices differ from international prices due to applicable taxes, duties, and regional regulations. For international shipping, prices may vary based on your location or postal code.

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. All rights to modify prices are reserved by Spacebar Culture.

Products available at retail outlets are applicable only within India. Products cannot be sold at Indian prices outside of the country.

When you reach the Payment page during checkout, please review your Order Summary — including product, size, colour, and shipping address — before continuing. You may also apply any promotion code, discount code, or available store credit.
